We start with fried bread to accompany Parmesan salami, and then enjoy starters like anolini, tortelli filled with herbs, potatoes or pumpkin, and depending on the season, pumpkin, leek and potato, or the inevitable potato gnocchi. In the winter season, meat excels, with stew, boiled meat, Parmesan tripe and many cured meats with cheese and mushrooms. For the warmer months, tasty second courses are served accompanied by strictly fresh seasonal vegetables.
